New phone since March not picked up by MyO2

Hi, had a new Samsung S10 since March 2020 (not from O2), but its now end of June and MyO2 app and account access via browser are still both showing old S5 and old IMEI. Im on monthly SIM only contract. What do you need to do to get phone info updated? Am I missing any functionality due to incorrect info. Thanks in advance

It doesn't really make any difference but if you want it changing, call O2
