Set new upgraded phone up and on how long till it kicks in and old one stops working? Am i paying for both. Im useless

@Jj23 Just put the sim from your old phone into your new one if the new phone takes the same size. No need for a new sim.

Did you upgrade or buy a new deal @Jj23?
Upgrade and you should use the old sim card (new tariff will be on it).
New deal and you need to call customer services to move your number over - but this is taking longer than normal...

Well bought out of last contract but the info says they want you too use new SIM cards ?
