Hello,
I started using my new phone 10 days ago with current SIM card (previous phone long out of contract) but it is not showing up in my devices.
Any ideas, because I need to set up wifi calling as signal poor in the house

If you call customer services or message them via Social Media they can get this activated for you, once it is activated you need to login to Myo2 and activate it from your account.
It can take weeks for the device to be updated in Myo2.
Call 202 or 0344 809 020 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
