New number not show in O2 app

Hi,
I recently got a new sim only plan under my O2 account. The new number is listed in the MyO2 web account, but not in the O2 app under Product & Services. Is there a way to force the O2 app to show the new number?

Try deleting, rebooting and reinstalling app or contact O2 if not Guide: How to find help & contact O2
