I have had no mobile connection - phones, texts or data for a number of days now. It came back temporarily for a few hours this morning but has disappeared again. I have a secondary physical sim in my phone with a different provider that works ok so the problem is not with the phone. I contacted o2 who told me they would order a new esim and that a banner would appear in the app when available to be installed. The banner appeared an hour ago and I tried to install but it kept failing. Then it said the code was no longer active. I contacted o2 who said they would order another esim. The banner appeared again saying it was ready to be installed and the same thing happened. I've tried customer services who just keep saying "wait for the esim to be issued" despite the fact it seems to already have been issued and just won't install! Any advice?
