1.  It showing that my allowance is 50gb but when i have checked it says 100gb

2. Checking that got my request to.port my old no.

3. Mentions nhs bolt.. can i get this ? N how?

4.my bill was generated from the 14th but not activated account until the 27th

Your post makes no sense, and seems to be a lot of statements...  But to be clear this is not Customer Services and there is no o2 support on these customer to customer forums

1..Your double data takes 14days to be applied assuming you are on Volt Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data? 

2. No idea, you will need to speak to o2.

3. Check here Guide: O2 Open & Friends and Family discounts - How to sign up 

4. That would be correct you pay in advance 

 

if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone they can advise better
