New contract, old email account

Ordered a new phone the other day, i have an e-mail saying my bill is ready and I cant get onto my account to check it as I must have had an o2 account on this e-mail before, i have the username and password but i cant clear the security check as it sends the code to an old number i havent had for a years. Stuck now, tried everything

Is there no option to reset password?
Or if not can you create account with a different email address?

I have already reset the password, to get on the account I have to pass the security check which sends a pin to an old number i dont have, the e-mail used for the billing of my new contract is the same as my old one i never knew i had.
