New Website - How Do I Access Previous Bills

Simple question. The only bill I seem to be able to view now that the website has been 'improved' is last month's. Is this a temporary glitch or is there some devilish way the previous bill content has been hidden. Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, the site has been updated and no longer even looks like the one in the guide...I believe it must be very new and maybe it just has teething problems. I did try a chat with the bot but did not manage to get through to an actual person so this was a waste of time.

Maybe @O2Georgina can advise how to access bills on the new 360 accounts?

Just checked and all my old bills are there @Leonora7 .

What has changed is that there is no link to previous bills now - only a drop down to choose which bill you want to see.

Might be time to revise the guide @Martin-O2 ...

Good point @MI5 - I have no idea what system I am on vs the OP.

Is there any way to check that?

So I have one account on the old system and one account on the new system

Old account works as per guide

The 360 account brings up error 500 and no amount of trawling round the website allows you to view older bills

Yet another disaster by O2 to lay alongside the automatic disconnection when a new sim is ordered

Definitely not a good time to be with O2, once the leading network but now lagging far behind the rest

Thanks for checking. I do see one previous bill on the drop-down list but if I double click on it the correct bill is not downloaded - only the following one.

Oh thanks for checking - I'm not sure what you mean by 'system' but I guess I'm on the 360 account, sigh. Hope they put this right though but I won't hold my breath.
