I have a new SIM card which I am trying to activate. To confirm this is my number an OTP will be sent to my number but as the SIM card is not activated I can't receive it!!!!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.


You will need to call them from another phone on 0344 809 0202

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
