I have obtained a PAC code from Vodafone and I am told to give this code to O2 in order to complete the switch from Vodafone to O2. I currently have an O2 account and number, I simply want to switch my Vodafone number to O2. I see nowhere on the O2 website about sending/receiving PAC codes. I do see pages about SIM swap, but I'm not sure what this means??

@ColW See this guide: PAC code (o2.co.uk)

Scroll down to the section 'If you are porting from another Network Mobile Operator to the O2 Network.'

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

This guide should give you all the information

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thankyou all. I knew it should be easy. With no luck on the website, I just called 202 from my mobile. Pity it wasn't clear on the website - that would have saved us all some bother!
