Netflix charge

I get a bill for my son’s phone.  On it is a monthly charge of £9.99 for Netflix.  All he did was download the family Netflix in an app.  Why is the charge on his bill, please?

Your son downloaded Netflix and that's the cost unfortunately.

You need to cancel it and then contact O2 and ask them to place a bar to Charge to mobile on his phone. Then he won't be able to pay for any digital content.
