Title. I just upgraded my phone since my old phone stopped getting a signal. My new phone isn't getting a signal either, so I assume I need to use the SIM swap. Problem is it needs to send me a verification code to my number, which I cannot access since I can't get a signal.. I'm stuck. Is there anything I can do? I was on a call to customer service but it fng cut out! I really don't fancy spending another hour on hold just to be hung up on. This has been an unbelievably frustrating experience, I just want a working phone!!

The only way to do it is via the phone, and if the team are busy then they are busy then you will need to hang on im afraid, and betwen 5 and 8 is one of the busiest times to call customer services (in any company).

The best time to call is around 8am in the morning, as the call centre opens.
