Hi 

 

I need to change the bank account details for all the payments registered to me. 

I also can only view my son's phone's details in My O2 meaning I can't make any online views of my bills or online changes.

 

I need to change my bank details ASAP

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

The OP can't access his own details in My O2 which is why I suggested calling payment management

Accessing his own My O2 and merging with his son's is a query for another thread
