How do I change bank account details online for my monthly Direct Debits please.

Hi @BeeJay1975 You can do this via My O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
It's in the section Manage my Details
You can only change the bank...not the date of payment, To do change payment date you would need to ring customer services on 202 or 4445
