Hello, I lost my phone in Greece at the end of March.
I wiped it, blocked it with O2 and reported it and put an insurance claim in.

my insurers have asked for confirmation of the phone, it’s purchase via a receipt and an official O2 letter with the IMEI number on it. How do I go about getting those things as they aren’t available via  my02

thanks in advance

It is in your myO2, under the Unlock device section - but if you contact O2 via Social Media, they should be able to send you a letter to confirm, @Mothas - links just below this post.

@Mothas

You need to ask O2 for a standard insurance letter.

You cannot download everything you need in one place yourself so needs a call or contact with customer services.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
