Hi,
I've rang the customer services twice already trying to get help in changing my surname in order to upgrade my contract. I was firstly told I would get sent a link that I never received, the second time I was told I would be able to change it myself on the app/website. I can't see the option to change my surname without calling customer services again? I'm hoping you can help me with the above as this has already been a much longer process than anticipated.
