MyO2 error

Hi

Just moved from Vodafone to O2, myO2 was working but after my number ported over from Vodafone I just get an error in the app and web site and cannot see my usage. The bill shows up correctly and it knows about the ported number as if I try and re-register using that number it says that it’s already registered to my email address.

Any ideas as it doesn’t seem possible to contact anyone at O2 as it’s not one of this list of high priority issues?

Thanks for the quick response, I will try that but if not it isn’t super urgent and can wait for things to get a bit more back to normal.

Just wondered if anyone had any ideas that I could try or if there was an email address so O2 can look at it in their own time.

There is no email address for O2 and no live chat currently. You just have to call and be prrepared fro a long wait. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Unfortunately I have the same problem. When I phone O2 all I get is “sorry we cannot answer your query at the moment” and I get cut off. I think I am going back to Vodafone.

All networks are having exactly the same issues @Furzul 

No network is handling the Covic 19 crisis better than others.

Yes I agree, but at least the Vodafone app works. On O2 it took me two weeks to get my email address verified.

Have you tried un installing the MyO2 app and reinstalling?

 

Also you can login to MyO2 using your browser, does this work for you?

Thanks for the response, I get an error 500 or oops something has gone wrong if I use the web site and I have tried reinstalling the app without luck.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, no joy. I can log in on my browser (Safari), but, I can only log in if I am not on wi-fi.
