When I try to manage my device on MyO2 using Firefox (version 46.0.1, iMac, OSX Yosemite 10.10.5) I get the following message:

Unfortunately your browser doesn't support My O2. Please upgrade to the latest browser version.

Firefox tells me that 46.0.1 is the latest version.

Infuriatingly, there is no way of simply e-mailing O2 cust svcs about this.

Grrrr!

They're already on to it.

Disable Adobe TagManager in Ghostery and MyO2 will load

@maptin Unfortunately the only methods of contact are here: http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You could try Live Chat, but most of the time we suggest calling as the best way to get results.

It does seem more likely to be Ghostery if the OP is running this. We have had a few messages on here over the past few days with the same problem of accessing My O2. Ghostery (the ad blocking programme) seemed to be blocking Adobe TagManager.....

Always suspend any additional services that you may be running before blaming someone else for the problem.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi guys,

Our team have been investigating the Ghostery issue and believe they have found a fix which we’ll be looking to implement over the next week or so. Cheers for flagging!

Hello.

I also get this problem.
"unfortunately your browser doesn't support my o2. please upgrade to the latest browser version"

I have tried accessing My O2 on a Windows 10 PC with multiple browsers installed.
All browsers are updated by the "suppliers" with their latest versions

Internet Explorer
Microsoft Edge
Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome

On a second PC, I have the same browsers installed, and I get the same result.
I don't have any third party ad-blockers installed, As I only tend to have standard stuff installed on my computers, and they are all religiously kept up to date with Microsoft updates and patches

Can O2 technical escalate this issue please?
