Anyone else's recent MyO2 update (version 10.8.29) result in the icon on Android disappearing from where you usually find it on your phone, and also what looks like Aura (from O2 Ask days!) reappearing at the bottom of the front screen?
Many other spooky changes in functionality, too... Funny, and not "ha-ha" either...

Well spotted @pgn! The new Aura integration in My O2 is where customers can talk, type or search our help and support content. You can also ask questions such as “How many minutes do I have left?” and “Where is my nearest store?”. Give it a go and let us know how you get on with it.

Could be. Had to go hunt for it and put its icon back in the space its predecessor occupied... Odd behaviour, yes.
