MyO2 - Displaying Business and Consumer accounts?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Has anyone managed to get both business and consumer accounts to display in a single MyO2 instance?

I'm told it's not possible but this seems quite backwards for an app that states it's purpose as being one where all your accounts are accessible??

Business accounts run on a completely different system so it isn't possible at all I'm afraid.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

No one will be able to say they have because it isn't possible at the moment. Business accounts are on a completely different platform and system. Maybe one day?

So is it possible to have two installations of MyO2 on a single device? There's a gap here if not.

If it were possible, it would have to be a separate app as it isn't possible to install the same app twice.

So.....conclusion

MyO2 isn't really MY MyO2 unless I only have consumer accounts.
