Hello I’m trying to log into my02 but it’s saying new account smash take up to 48 hours of longer than 48 hours contacts for help and it’s been over 48 hours it’s been 5 days

Try deleting and reinstalling the app first.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

Delete the app, restart your 'phone and reinstall the app - the restart in the middle can be important. 

That works on many occasions.
