Hi my data is not working and hasn’t been working for a couple of days even though I’ve purchased the £20 tariff for 30 gb and unlimited minutes and texts at 12th august and it’s is currently 18 th august

Have you tried turning your phone off and then back on again as that happened to me last week and I restarted my phone and then it worked again.
