My iPhone 11 since upgrading from a 7 will not connect to any O2 wifi. I have been on the network for over 6 years, but unfortunately, since upgrading to the 11 my phone will not connect to any O2 wifi. I have this issue with only O2 wifi and underground wifi.
I have tried resetting my network and phone however when trying to connect to any o2 wifi it will not allow me to connect at all. I have spoken to many 'Gurus' on the chat system but none of them can help. I am due for an upgrade but worried that this will continue on my new phone. Has anyone had this issue and was able to fix it? Is it worth taking it in to O2 and asking them what can be done? as i have spoken to many and they have no idea what and how it is not connecting.

The MAC address from your old phone is still registered and will need to be deleted by O2.
