So unprofessional from O2. I order it week ago for today they had 7 days to sort out my phone and sim card and nothing!

There are severe constraints on deliveries at the moment, due to lack of drivers, handsets not been made in enough volume for demand due to silicon delays, and also getting stuff into the UK is a nightmare at the moment.
Also they may be doing additional checks on your account if it is your first account with o2.
