I got a new phone on Friday, before this my o2 was working perfectly for me. Now it keeps saying that I have to products or devices on my account and when I go through the ap is says my o2 isn't available for me. when I go in through a browser is says there is 2 accounts for my number.. one is an O2 email address that I don't know anything about, the other is my o2 sign in which says I have to products or devices.. I rang the shop but honestly they weren't much help.. anyone know why this is happening?

You'll need to call customer service to reset your account and login.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks for your advice.. I just tried this.. when I get to option 7 it asked me to press one for fraud which I didn't do as it's not a fraud issue and it then told me to go through my o2 and cut me off..very frustrating..

Just choose fraud.

It's the only way to get put through.
