My o2 login was working until recently and now tells me it’s unavailable. What should I do?

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202
Or use the social media links below

If it also does not work via a browser, @Blue5 - https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin - it could be because your account is being moved to the new 360 billing system at the back end, give it a couple of days. Also uninstall the app, reboot the phone, and reinstall, the app can be ropy and the change to 360 definitely impacts some of its functionality at the present time. Good luck, @Blue5.
