My o2 currently saying there’s a problem and back soon

Anyone else having this issue? Had no issues all day and suddenly this fault appears?

Hi @Anonymous Mine was working ok....best thing to do is try it again in the morning. Occasionally systems update  about this time,  so leave it for now and try again. You could also reboot the phone and see if that works...

Edited to add.I have the Back Soon error message now, so it definitely is O2 website updating.

It will probably be back on in a couple of hours...Try later Best of luck

As we all know this happens every night, where doesn’t the website display an accurate error message rather than an “ooops something went wrong”?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Yes 'The website is down for maintenance, try again later' would be far more accurate ...
