Hi,
I have just taken out a new contract with yourselves and set up an o2 account, however it keeps saying error and will not log me in on the app, on the web it says I do not have any current products or contracts but I keep receiving texts asking me to log in to my o2 for updates which I cannot do. We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
