I have a pay monthly contract and I have tried for the last 3 days to add a bolt on and every time I click add a bolt on in the app it is coming up with a message saying it’s not working so I am unable to add bolt ons

Yes the MY O2 app has been having problems for a few days now. O2 are aware on one of our managers @TheresaV is looking into it.

If you need a bolt on you'll need to call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Also, if there is a tariff change pending, you can't add a bolt on without calling.

Total shambles, but not doubt O2 won't worry as the just send everyone here to solve their problems.

Clear browser cache and or app data and try again as O2 think they have fixed it now.
