My o2 Page error

New customer here... whenever I click "My o2" I'm met with Error 500 "It looks like something's gone wrong"

not sure what to do... the "contact us" page doesn't let you contact o2.

I think it is an issue from O2
Contact customer service from the numbers in this link
Try the one ending with 4005 first or contact them at 8am tomorrow

If using the app, then delete and reinstall. If using web, then try a different browser.
