My main phone is no longer on myO2

Up until recently my main phone number has been accessible via myO2.  I then added a PAYG sim to my account (for my son) allowing me access to both of these numbers.  However, I also recently added an additional monthly sim (as a replacement to the PAYG sim) and can now no longer access my main, original number. I can only see the PAYG number and the new monthly sim.

I've tried adding on my original number from within myO2 and it say that it's already assigned to an account (I assume mind).

Any ideas?

It seems that you had better check this with o2 customer services

Is there a limit to the number of accounts one person may hold?
