I’m still expecting my deposit
It was showing negative in my o2 account but it’s not longer there anymore and I haven’t received my deposit yet

Systems are running very slow due to the current crisis. If you have paid your bill in full for 3 months, you should get a refunded deposit on your 4th bill. You need to be patient though

If it's now showing as zero then the refund process has started from the date it went zero.
