@Konopatzki You need to call customer service on 202 and speak to the payment management team.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Expect to have restricted service if you want a payment plan.

If you don’t pay your bill in full or a payment plan then o2 will put a default on your credit score which will affect you getting credit for other things in the furues

Not if there is a payment plan. Only if payment is missed on the plan will a default apply.
