Hi, It's been over 24 hours since I've paid my phone bill, but all my calls and texts are still getting redirected. And it keeps saying I've not paid but my balance is £0.0

@Elle-May It can take 48 hours for monies to clear O2's account. As you paid just before the weekend it's likely that the payment won't clear before Monday at the earliest. If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, consider setting up a Direct Debit.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202

or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
