Is been more than 48 hours that I put my chip inside my phone,but is saying that my account is not ready yet

There have been some delays lately.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
