My Orders in My O2 not worked since last year.
I keep getting the below error message and have spoken to customer service about it a few times but still not sorted. Has this happened to anyone else?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Delete the app and reinstall. See if that helps.
Otherwise only O2 can reset your account.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

I know this isn’t o2 but thanks for the info. I was asking if this had happened to anyone else and if so how they went about having it sorted as o2 customer services so far haven’t fixed my issue. Just after a bit of info, that’s all.

I’ve tried them with no luck but thanks for the info. Just wonder if anyone else has had the same problem and if so how it may have been resolved. Just curious really not a massive issue to me. Someone may know 👍
