Can you please advise when I will be getting my new phone that I ordered? I recently placed an order on the Google Pixel Pro 9 and I was hoping that I could get an approximate delivery date? I spoke to someone at o2 on the 22nd of August and they told me that I should receive my phone in 1 to 2 days but I see it's still in the processing stage. Can you please assist?

Same here. Placed the order back in mid August and haven't heard anything from O2. Order is still processing. No update, no email, nothing. Already been to the store to chase it but all the guys looked clueless.
