Hi I have just purchased a new contract phone on Wednesday and although not been delivered yet (iPhone 13 pro max) I cannot get on to myO2 it keeps saying your account is not ready yet should only take 48hrs if it has been longer contact us but can’t figure out how to contact anyone very confusing. Any help greatly appreciated

It's probably because you have just ordered the new phone. Try the website if you can, or reboot your phone
Give it at least 24 hrs, then call O2 if no change. Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
