Your My O2 is already there and when your contract becomes active all current details will be included automatically... http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

f your new contract isn't showing automatically, you will need to delete the app from your phone and reinstall it.
If not showing online or at all in the app, you may have a new login for the new contract, so you'll need to get login details from customer service.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
