Hello, I have recently joined O2, set up the My O2 app fine, it used to work but now when I come onto it the "usage" section on the homepage where it tells you data/minutes/texts is blank and look as if they are unable to load properly. This is quite annoying as if I go over my limits I'm sure they will blame me rather than take responsibility for their app not working properly. Is there a way to fix this please?

@Punit

Try deleting the app off your phone.

Reboot, then reinstall it.

If that doesn't work, call customer service to reset your account Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Just delete & reinstall, it’s a glitch. Happened to me a couple of times & the app has been updated over the past couple of days

I had this as well, but needed someone at o2 customer services to do something before it worked.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

There are quite a few customers having this problem at the moment so there is definitely an issue with O2.
