I have recently switched to O2 and on registering for the phone set up a 'My O2' account.
Since purchasing my device I have received the phone, with sim, and appears working with exception of the My O2 app which states "Unable to resolve host, No address associated with hostname". I decided to try logging in on the website which displays a different message stating "there has been a problem" and displaying an error message of "Error 500" in the tab.
I decided to give the app 24 hours to see if this would fix this issue, however this has still not worked.
I have tried logging in on different browsers (phone and laptop), clearing the cache for both app and browser as well as uninstalling the app and re-downloading.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

It can take up to a week for My O2 to register your details @Matt2142
The only way to resolve this any quicker would be to call customer service on 202 or any number in the link below
