This is the second time within a short time that I have been using this app that I have not been able to access my O2 via the app when I needed quick access, is this a regular occurrence ?

No, not regular but seems to be fixed on the PC now so app should be back soon.

It's not a regular problem. As stated, most maintenance and updates are in the early hours around midnight so trying to access at those times can be problematic.

If your trying to access your allowances balance then in the interim

Text BALANCE to 20202 for PAYG.

Text BALANCE to 21202 for Contract Customers.

That's weird @jonsie

It's working for me.

O2: Hello. You've got 3841 texts, 321 minutes of calls, and 835.5 MB of data left in your Big Bundle. Make sure you use them before 29 Aug.
