Everything on my phone and account are totally fine with the exception of the My O2 app which hasn’t been able to retrieve my calls text and data allowance since Friday (5/8) !
Out of interest does anyone else have similar issues or any info please ?

Tried force-stopping the app, clearing cache, or, uninstall and reinstall of same?

Yes it is! I’ve tried everything including deleting and downloading the app (multiple times) deleting and reregistering the my O2 account (multiple times) and of course the old standby of switching my phone off and on again to no avail.I must point out this is no more than an irritant to me and I fully realise the other ways to check my remaining allowance. But perhaps I’m behaving in an OCD 😱manner,since the only reason I want it to work is because it doesn’t.🤷♂️
I’ve checked with c/s who said yesterday there was a known issue but I suspect with my cynical head on that she told me what she thought I’d want to hear. 😉
Anyway,you did ask! 🤣

On this occasion they were telling the truth.😂 There IS a known issue. We have had many posts similar to yours, all about the same thing.
Have you tried anything via the web version?
I can ask one of our account advisors to help you. @O2Lisa are you able to help @Paddiewack ? This problem should have been sorted by now.
