My O2 app saying I need to wait 48 hours

I signed up to my O2 app on Friday and it came up saying I have to wait until 48 hours, I tried to call support yesterday and got stuck on hold for 1 hour

Were you able to get into My O2 or get in touch with customer service @Jon13? Contacting them on social media may be the best option if you're still having trouble.

Hiya, 

No still can't get hold of customer service,I did contact their Twitter one and they asked me the issue I replied and I haven't heard anything back. I even re-messaged them and nothing

Are you able to access My O2 on a browser at all @Jon13? That has worked for some.

If that's not viable, getting in touch on social really is the best way to sort this one.
