My O2 app not working

When I try to log on to MyO2 on the app I get the following error:

 

('code": "PERMISSION_DENIED", "message": "Access to the requested resource denied by WAF"}
 
Anyone know a way to resolve?  Tried reinstalling and it persists.

You need to contact o2, as thats an error with your account and access permissions, such as trying too many times.

 

 

Call the on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 or just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
