Hello, I recently bought a new phone and I pay monthly. I kept my old number however I can't log in on my O2 app. It says that it takes up to 48 hrs to set up my account but it has been a week and it's still not working. What should I do? I need to check my documents and bills on the app.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi 

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
