I can't find the "My 02 App" in the App Store for iPhone.   Any idea how I can get it?

Thanks for the reply.  However, I have tried that link on two separate iPhones and, each time, get the message "Cannot Connect to App Store".   I can connect to the App Store directly and only get that message when trying to connect to the My O2 app

Ah, I see, so that's slightly different to the original question.
So if I'm understanding you, you cannot download the MyO2 app from the page in App store?
Have you tried on 4g and wifi ?

Thanks.  I tried that, but it didn't work.   "My 02" was not one of the applications that came up.

Downloading the app isn't the problem.  I can't find it.  I've searched for 02, My 02, My 02 UK, and several others.   Instead, Moje 02 and a bunch of others show up.  But not My 02

That didn't work either.  I get a message "Cannot Connect to App Store", even though I can open the App Store and find and download all other apps except My 02

What regional settings are you using to access app store? Sounds to me like you're not connected to the UK App Store?
