I have used the O2 app on my phone happily for years, but recently it is telling me that the user name and/or password is incorrect. I have reset the password through My O2 on my pc and can now access My O2 on the pc, but the phone is still not allowing me access. I will be travelling in the near future and would like to have the app working.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
