My O2 App

Just updated the app today on my android phone and now I dont have the option to sign in with my fingerprint. Anyone else with same issue?

Delete the app and reinstall. Reboot your phone and see if that fixes the issue.

Was first thing I did. Seems the fingerprint option removed from the pin/biometric section in the app settings.

Then I will call in @MI5 or @viridis who may be able to help.

Remove app, then go settings and remove prints.
Set unlock to none, then re-add prints.
Then reboot phone, install app and see if the fresh biometrics give the app a refreshed permission to use fingerprint log in.

Hey there @bigdavie88 how are you getting on with the fingerprint option? Any help from the above replies or are you still struggling with this?

Its still the same. I will wait til next update for the app comes out to see if the feature returns.

The fingerprint option suddenly re-appeared on the app. No update or anything done. Strange.
