My O2 Account Contact Number

When I log in to My O2, it lists the wrong contact number. When I try to change it, the system sais that this is not porrible because the number is allready registered to a user.

 

I am the user, and it is the registered number that I am trying to change to!!

 

How do I sort it out??

@Springbank If you need to call, here is our advice:

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Thank-you. I do not 'do' social media. Nor am I every likely to. So, it is no doubt back to waiting 30 minutes in a queue for the helpline!
